E. Brady will lead a Vinyasa Flow in the studio, highlighting photogenic peak postures followed by a street yoga photography workshop addressing composition, lighting and how to photograph yoga postures on the street. This class will explore the relationship between yoga and creativity. Students can bring their favorite mobile image making device (cell phones and small point and shoot cameras). Get ready to flow, ignite your creativity, change your perspective and bust a yoga pose on the streets of Remington.
About the Instructor E. Brady Robinson is a photographer, art bae and yogi based in Baltimore. She divides her time between personal art projects and commissioned work. She is represented by Addison Ripley Fine Art in Washington, DC and Amstel Gallery in Amsterdam and NYC. Brady is former Associate Professor at University of Central Florida. She is a recovering academic and left tenure for the yoga mat. She prefers the real world and merges her background in education and photography to explore the relationship between creativity and yoga. Brady teaches Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She believes yoga should be accessible, fun and creative. When not on the mat, Brady photographs food for City Paper Baltimore, teaches photography and makes portraits out of her studio in Hooper Mill.
Happy to announce I've joined the team at Movement Lab and will be teaching Vinyasa Yoga 101 Tuesdays from 4-5pm. Yoga is everything. It helps my creativity in the studio and on and off the mat. Join me sometime!

VINYASA YOGA 101 | Tuesdays | 4-5pm
Like a first class in college (101), this is a beginner's introduction to Vinyasa style yoga, linking breath with movement. You will enjoy break downs of the Sun Salutation sequence, balancing postures, and other asana (yoga postures) including twists and spine strengthening, allowing for easier transitions, and increased confidence on your mat. In addition, each week a peak pose will be highlighted to deepen & bring new knowledge to your Vinyasa practice. All fitness & yoga levels are welcome, and encouraged to join.
