VINYASA YOGA 101 | Tuesdays | 4-5pm
Like a first class in college (101), this is a beginner's introduction to Vinyasa style yoga, linking breath with movement. You will enjoy break downs of the Sun Salutation sequence, balancing postures, and other asana (yoga postures) including twists and spine strengthening, allowing for easier transitions, and increased confidence on your mat. In addition, each week a peak pose will be highlighted to deepen & bring new knowledge to your Vinyasa practice. All fitness & yoga levels are welcome, and encouraged to join.
